Q – What day is garbage picked up and how many bags of garbage am I allowed?
A –Waste and organics removal is now on Friday's. Organics is removed on Thursday's. Garbage must be out by 8:00 am. Each unit has a limit of 2 bags and each bag must not exceed 30 pounds.
Q – If garbage day falls on a holiday when will it be picked up?
A – The garbage will be collected on every holiday with the exception to Christmas day. If your regular pick up day is Christmas day, it will be collected the following day.
Q – What day is recycling picked up?
A – Recycling day is Monday.
Q – Who do I contact if there is excessive noise in the complex after 10pm?
A – Call the RCMP at 403-938-4202 and notify Blue Jean Condo Management using the link on the "Contact Us" page. Please provide the unit number and details of the issue.
Q – How do I communicate my concerns, complaints and suggestions with the board members?
A – All communications to the board are to be sent to Blue Jean Condo Management using the link on the "Contact Us" page. This link will notify our representative at Blue Jean Condo Management and the board of directors. All communications must be made in writing in order to properly document your request.
Q – How do I obtain a "Visitor Parking" pass?
A – Send your request to Blue Jean Condo Management using the link on the "Contact Us" page. Be sure to include your name, phone number, unit number, make / model and license plate number of your visitors' vehicle. One of the board members will respond to your request. There is a $50.00 fee for non-returned passes. Please refer to the "Parking Policy" for additional details on parking rules.
Q – My vehicle was towed from the complex. Who do I call to get my vehicle back?
A – Please call Okotoks Municipal Enforcement at (403) 938-8913.
Q – When does the AGM occur?
A – While the dates vary, the AGM is usually held in either either February or March. Notices will be sent out to all owners in advance of the meeting.
Q – I just moved into Turnbury. Who do I need to contact?
A – Contact Blue Jean Condo Management using the link on the "Contact Us" page and let them know you are a new owner. They will provide you information on setting up an automatic payment for your condo fees, collect your current contact information (phone, cell and email) and answer any questions you may have.
